• Provide metallurgical expertise, monitor and evaluate the efficiency of processing plants, recommend improvements and optimizations.

• Track key performance indicators like plant throughput, recovery and grade and analyze deviations.

• Monitor processing plant consumables and optimize costs.

• Utilize metallurgical accounting data to prepare daily, weekly and monthly production and balance reports for the process operations.

• Conduct regular meetings with process operations teams to review, share data and discuss technical issues.

• Conduct regular sampling and analysis of metallurgical processes to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to project standards.

• Ensure proper sampling, assaying, and quality control procedures are correctly and consistently followed.

• Develop comprehensive metallurgical test work and evaluation plans.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy or related field.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a mining environment.
